I'm considering VPS-Fusion

I realize this is "lengthy" but the speed and quality of your answers will determine my choice, so please take your time and answer as specific as possible.

1, What Billing System do you offer? (ClientExec, WHMAuto.Pilot, WHMCS)
2. Does the Billing System integrate/syncronize with WHM?
3. What hours is "Live Chat" Support available?
4. Is Round Cube installed (it's the only web based email that's any good)
5. Who is the Merchant Account with?
6. Fantastico?
7. RVSkins?
8. Full Private Label Hosting? Completely Brandable cPanel accounts/Webmail with my Company logo and description
9. Do you Auto Shut down on overage OR notify first?
10. Do you use Dell Servers?
11. What is the CPU? Equal Share of what?
12. SSL Certs? How much and from who? Comodo, RapidSSL? Free Install?
13. Backups DAILY to a different server?
14. What will be my clients access to their webmail? (ie webmail.myclient.com)
15. Why do you host Adult sites? They are usually the largest drain on Servers
16. I use Joomla w/Newsletter email. Can I use Opt-in email to send 200-1000 emails per week?
17. Server Hardening IPTables APF? Protection against DoS attack?
18. Where are your Data Centers located? Do you have more than 1?

Extra "Hidden" charges? What is the cost for:
Can I upgrade the RAM and at what cost?
How much does bandwidth overages cost?

Do you provide BASIC configuration support?
Adjustment of php.ini and http.config?
Help with CRON installation and implementation?
Help with adjustments in .htaccess file?
Sendmail, PHPMailer isn't working...can you help?

VPSNext are leader in the VPS hosting services. You have full right to install any software compatible with CentOS and your Hosting Control panel. No one will stop your account while you follow the Terms of Services. I am not sure but I think these servers are not marks Dell. All additional services are paid extra. The biggest customers have own DS and do not worry about their load. 200-1000 emails is small quota and you can send it for a day. All servers have professional hardware protection for SPAM and DDOS.
