How do I create directories in my hosting. I need to upload some files in a separate folder, how do this through Plesk File Manager?

Log into Plesk control panel. From the Hosting group click on the File Manager icon. To create a new directory, click over the Add New Directory button. If you want to upload a file from your local computer, click on the Add New File, then use the Browse button to locate the file and click OK.

Well, I upload my files to my VPS hosting. Now I am wondering how to modify permissions for a file or directory?

Login again in Plesk panel. Use File Manager to modify permissions for a file or directory, in the Permissions column, click the respective hyper link representing the set of permissions. Modify the permissions as you want and click OK.
