register a domain for my VPS hosting account
I have only one domain in my WHM hosting account. Could anybody point me in the right direction for a cPanel VPS-Fusion package owner to register a second domain and get the website started?

You can register a new domain name here: Domain Registration Services
Also you need to update DNS for your domain.
