100 Mbits unmeteres seems serious yes ... First you need a dedicated server and some cash in hand

LOL thats amazing, yea, I would guess that even with BGP network you're looking like $800 - $1000/mo for such a connection.

100 Mbits would mean like 30TB/mo. in traffic. Pretty impressive. You may aim at a stronger server if this is a MySQL/PHP related site

That doesn't sound like 1 server would even be enough.
