terminology for an Add on Domain

Hi, I'm coming from the shared server world. I'm sure I will have many questions in the next couple of weeks as I migrate things over here.

In my previous CPanel the term for an additional domain was Add On Domain.

What is the equivalent? Do I add another account?

I just want to add another domain with all of its files in a folder, no one else need have any access to it.

I have been watching some of your Flash tutorials. They are helpful, but I am still a little confused by your terminology of Subdomains, which are not what that term has meant in the past for me.

i'm used to a domain to be http://domainname.com and a subdomain would be http://subdomain.domainname.com
